ABOUT OUR OFFERINGS
Providing an inviting, judgement free zone where clients feel inspired to push themselves out of their comfort zone. Inspiring, motivating, and educating clients to create an overall lifestyle change.
Total body workouts that consist of variability training, high intensity interval training, resistance training, unloaded and loaded movement training. All levels are welcome - options are given throughout each workout so clients can pick movements that are safe and effective for them, but something that also challenges them. These workouts will be outdoors as long as weather permits.

AM Session | 5:30am - 6:30am | Monday's, Wednesday's, Friday's
PM Session | 5:45pm - 6:45pm | Monday's, Wednesday's

Here at Starters, we have you covered! We have several adult class options throughout the week. Get a class pack and come to what you can. Or, choose a morning or evening class package.
