Starters Varsity Speed Program was created to make our athletes faster, no matter the sport. In a day and age where sports are constantly evolving, speed will always be crucial to each athlete’s success. Our program will work with athletes to help them understand the proper mechanics for sprinting & acceleration, developing lateral speed & change of direction, increasing endurance, and build top end speed. Additionally, this program was designed to complement the Varsity Strength Program to allow athletes recovery and continue to improve their flexibility and applicable strength.
Limited to 25 Athletes per session
