PHILOSOPHY

It's our philosophy at Starters to organize and provide the tools and information to put our players in the best possible position to succeed.  In doing so we will create an educational and competitive environment where our players have the opportunity to trust themselves and their abilities by doing their best and accepting the challenges and sacrifices the game demands.  As instructors we want to maximize our player’s talents, abilities, and sense of one’s self.  We want to instill and support a work ethic that will follow our athletes well after their high school years. 

DESCRIPTION

The dynamics of each sport are constantly evolving, and so are the needs of every athlete. At Starters, we are now changing our performance training options for the upcoming training season to keep pace with the ever changing demands of each sport. We have re-structured our offerings to be more holistic vs. an a la carte style of training of just strength, just speed, or combination of the two. Our programs will now be consolidated to 3 different programs that will be based on training experience and not age of the athlete. In addition, the different programs will be based on schedule flexibility as well as specialization of the athlete’s training plan. No longer will athletes and parents have their wallets dictate the quality of training. Our goal is to provide the highest quality of training and training experience to every athlete that walks through our doors. All of the programs will include components from both to give the athlete the best tools possible to improve their performance and athleticism. The programs are described below:
