Youth Strength Development
Starters youth training serves as a foundation for our athletes' long-term development. It is here where they will learn and develop optimal movement mechanics for all the aspects sports utilize such as running, jumping, rotating, cutting, and throwing. The training will teach the athletes proper alignment and patterns of things such as squats, lunges, rotation, and overhead movements. Minimal weights will be used. The progression will focus on the repeatability and speed of the movement mechanics.
Dates: Year Round
Days: Monday - Saturday (Monday-Thursday - SUMMER)
Location: Starters Sports Training, Burnsville
Ratio: 15:1
Cost:
2x per week - $125 per month
3x per week - $175 per month
